Hi, I'm Christine, I specialize in helping people with anxiety, self-worth- and self-esteem issues. You could say I am the connection between the person you are today and the person you want to become. 

 

My first career path was in the Fine Arts. I have studied art history and painting in my early twenties and just knew, this is what I will be doing for the rest of my life. Being creative, painting was my lifeblood. I wanted to touch people with my paintings and wanted them to have an experience.

But life had other plans.

Years ago I reached a point mentally, emotionally, and physically, where I knew and felt deeply, that something in my life needed to change to be truly happy. This led me to become an IEMT practitioner, hypnotist, and mind coach. I have been studying various areas of change work, coaching, and therapy to understand how to help people live their lives feeling comfortable with who they are in a fast, effective, and effortless way, a way that feels natural and true to the person.

This was a very different way to be creative than before. To me, my work is an art form of a different kind. One that is new and deeply personal to every person I meet. Overall I can say I still live and do what I always wanted, touching people and creating experiences with them, that lead to change and personal transformations.

Having had some wonderful, inspiring, and life-changing experiences with IEMT and hypnosis along the way, I just knew, that this is what I love doing and am deeply passionate about.

Today I feel privileged and blessed to work with amazing people from all around the world, mostly creatives themselves. Together we create smooth transformations that allow my clients to feel more free, liberated, and confident to live their lives in a way that excites them.
