There are no words to describe the sessions I had with Christine. Amazing is the first word that comes to mind, but it does not even cover it. This process begins with you and
your decision to change the way you feel, think and behave.

The first step is always an initial Strategy Session. We discuss what you are coming to see me for, I explain how I work and we will have time to go through questions you might have.
This session is to make sure we can work together.
You need to meet me and make sure I’m the right person to help you, and I need to meet you to make sure your mind responds well to the way I work.

When I am confident I can help you and you wish to go ahead we will embark on a program of three weekly sessions to achieve your goal.
