Self-Love, a word pretty over-used these days, has lost nothing of its importance to our well-being.
It is the place our foundation is built on. If we loathe ourselves we experience more lack in so many areas of our lives.
We tend to look for more outside validation than is healthy for us,
we expect others to make us happy,
we expect others to love us, so we might love ourselves more,
we experience fears and depression, addiction, eating disorders, and so many more disrupters.
That is why Self-Love is important to talk about.
