Are you ever really aware of your posture?
Play this little game:
1) sit or stand with your head down, shoulders low, back bent. Now say to yourself: “It’s a beautiful day!” Notice your breathing and the power of your voice. How does that feel like? Do you believe it’s beautiful?
2) Now stretch your body, head and chin up, shoulders back, back straight, notice your breathing, look straight and say to yourself: “It’s a beautiful day!”
Do you notice a difference? Does that feel better? Stronger, more powerful? Lift up?
Align your posture to the way you would like to feel. Your mind follows what your body does,
and have a beautiful day!
