At Christine Philipp Hypnotherapy, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site, and those submitting enquiries to us through it. Here you’ll find information on how we treat data that we collect from visitors to our website, or when someone sends us an enquiry.

Business Update (Covid-19)

I resume my services in Person starting Monday 11th of May 2020. I continue to work Online as well, as for it is just as effective and still more safe for both parties.

But I want to give you the option to work face-to-face, assuming we are all responsible adults who want to stay healthy. If you decide to work in Person you will be asked to wash your hands upon arrival. Sanitizer will be available, too. We keep a Social Distance in my office. Feel free to apply any extra safety measures (like a mask for example) for yourself as well.

Cancellation Policy

My cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours notice of cancellation via phone, text or email. If an appointment is cancelled with less notice or not cancelled at all the deposit will apply and the session will be lost. I treat everyone and their time with respect and trust. Clients who do not show up or postpone at the last minute deprive other people in need of this valuable time, that has been reserved for their use. I understand that life happens and it can be impossible to reschedule or cancel beforehand, so I will take certain emergencies into account. In case I will have to postpone the session due to an emergency or illness, the fee for that session won't be charged.

Please be on time to your appointment, any late arrival will shorten the time we will have together for that particular session, as for I have a schedule to respect.

Commitment

Please note that individual results can vary and payments for sessions already attended will not be refunded. I can guarantee 100% commitment from my side in helping to facilitate the best outcome for the client. The client invests their time, energy, willingness to change and accepts that the service offered is based on the information the client supplies to their best knowledge, in confidentiality and trust. Based on the commitment and motivation the client is the only one who can guarantee their success and desired outcome.

Please note once paid program fees are non-refundable which is why I highly recommend you book an initial free consultation, to make sure the program you are booking is the best one for you. Should you find you are unable to attend the dates you are booked on you will be able to reschedule with dates that suit you better.

Code of conduct

Christine Philipp reserves the right to decline or to accept to work with any client. No reason for declining to work with each other need to be given. I will refuse to see any individual who is under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs or a certain psychiatric diagnosis, for example epilepsy, psychosis, schizophrenia, certain personality disorders.

First conversation: Both of us have the right to finish the appointment before the time is up, when we feel we don’t connect.

Insurance

Please note that insurance does not typically cover services for hypnosis at this time. If you check with your insurance provider and they happen to offer coverage, please inform me prior to your session as I may be able to provide you an invoice.

Important Disclaimer

Please note that I am not a medical doctor nor psychologist. I offer hypnotherapy and hypnosis coaching services complementary to medical and psychotherapy professionals if needed. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or psychological disorders.
